Three ways to get a quote

What to send

• Photos of the job (wide shot showing context, plus close-ups on any specific damage).
• Short description of what you want fixed. The cleaner's punch list works fine.
• Postcode.
• Any access notes (side gate, lockbox code drop-off, whether we can get in without you on site).
• Guest schedule if it is a holiday let - when the next check-in is, and when the property is empty.

Turnaround

Straightforward punch-list visits and small repairs: same-day fixed price on WhatsApp, work booked inside the same week. Bigger jobs (full-elevation exterior paint, timber splice-in on multiple sills, seasonal property-maintenance visit): site visit within 2 to 3 working days, fixed price within another day of that.

The holiday-let workflow

We know it is between guests, and we work to your hard deadline. WhatsApp the cleaner's punch list on Sunday, we quote back the same day, book the visit for a weekday, key from the lockbox, work done, key back in the lockbox, completion photos in the shared drive. No landlord visit needed. If you have a portfolio of Broadstairs properties we are happy to sweep multiple sites in a day.

What we do not do

Gas work, notifiable Part P electrical work, full rewires and consumer units, structural work, roofing work requiring scaffold, and asbestos removal. Those go to certified specialists and we route where we can. Being straight about the boundary is what makes the rest of the work trustworthy.
